Our comprehensive audit of Portugal's 53 Michelin-starred restaurants reveals a significant digital gap. With an average DIG-IN Digital Experience Score (DES) of 21.5/30, even the country's finest establishments have considerable room for digital transformation. Only 9 restaurants (17%) reach the 'Excellence Tier' (DES 25+), while 11 restaurants (21%) remain in the 'Functional' tier, struggling with digital presence requirements.
